An in-progress identity for a new family-owned coffee shop & roastery in Duluth, Ga. The idea for the company formed on family vacation on the Forgotten Coast of Florida. It began to come to life on the long drive home as a father and one of his sons discussed the possibility of this dream come to life.
Visual inspiration came from a more playful and colorful retro look and feel. While brand colors and typefaces are consistent, the application is intended to be playful and personable. FCC seeks to be inclusive to its community, educating about quality roasted coffee, while moving away from the notion that to love quality coffee is to be exclusive. This brand seeks to be playful and inviting to all who interact with it.
